Mark McKee (Founder)

Mark has been in the specialty coffee industry for over 20 years. His work in specialty coffee began at Starbucks as a barista and management and later progressed over to Tully’s Coffee where he worked as a store manager, corporate trainer, coffee specialist, roaster and trainer for Safeco Field, (Seattle Mariners) coffee kiosks. He has assisted in opening over 100 new stores in both for profit and nonprofit businesses along roasting operations both in the US and overseas. He has written articles on origin coffees in Roast Magazine and has been featured in articles in regards to direct trade coffees with SCAA. When asked what his favorite coffee is, he will simply tell you that changes with the weather, his favorite brewing method is French Press.


Deborah McKee (Co-Founder)

Deborah has worked alongside her husband in coffee extensively for the past 13 years and has been actively involved with training, cupping and evaluating coffees. She has opened and operated nonprofit coffee shops in various part of the United States with Passionate Harvest. She assists in the administrative tasks that take place within the daily operations of the business. When asked what her favorite coffee is, she will light up and tell you Yemen Sanani and her favorite brewing method is still the French Press.
